Coronavirus Response

We have had to suspend our groups & public activities to keep everyone safe during this pandemic.

But we are still here for you!

We can:

- Shop for you once a week if you can't get out

- Sign you up to the FairShare Cymru scheme: get a bag of £10s worth of fresh food delivered to your door. Donating £2 will help us reach more people

- Check in with you or someone you care about by phone, text, email or notes through the door

- Add your name specifically to our Parish Prayer list (of course we are praying for our whole community)

  • Foodbank Referrals

We can issue vouchers for the Rhymney Valley Foodbank. We will need to see the person who is claiming a food parcel and proof of I.D.

Vouchers are available from the Church Hall Office, Monday-Friday.

  • School Uniform Bank

As children grow and play in the schoolyard it doesn’t take long for uniforms to wear out and become redundant. The uniform bank is an easy way for families to pick up essential replacements and also to pass on items that no longer fit their children.

Accessible all year round, we will accept families from all Caerphilly Schools.

Contact the Church Hall office anytime Monday-Friday with a request and your clothes will be available from the following Thursday.

  • The Storehouse

We work with Encounter House church to provide families with essential household items and clothing, helping them make a house a home as they make a fresh start.

Contact the Church Hall office or storehouse.encounterhouse@gmail.com to make a referral and items will be available from the following Tuesday.
